I respectfully and formally request permission to be allowed to supply needed commodities to stations and planets within the Omicron Mu sector.

A great friend of mine (Thane Cartesian) was a secondary fleet gunboat captain prior to the the attack. He hasn't been heard from since and I feel helpless. At least if I'm permitted to deliver some badly needed supplies, I can feel like I'm "doing my bit". At the moment, I have a contact that can supply me with medicines, but whatever you need, I'll find a way to get it to you.

I fully understand your need for security at this time, and I can assure you that any interaction with yourselves will be treated with the highest level of discretion. I'm used to people trying to follow me. Some of the stuff I've shipped in the past...... well, you don't want to know. Sufficed to say that I've been doing this long enough to know what I'm about. If I don't want to be seen or followed, I won't be. End of.

Whatever your decision, please feel free to contact me at any time regarding any commodity that you may require. I can't promise anything, but I'll do my damndest to get it for you.
