I saw only individuals to ask for it. Never saw request topic made with CoE account in the Mod section appealing to Devs- when this happens and nothing is changed then go to whine. You must learn that bunch of individuals cannot solve corsair ship/gun problems. Only CoE backed up by the whole corsair player-base can. 3 official factions should be able to put clear requests to the Dev team and put pressure due to their faction rights, individuals cannot do this. I haven't seen structured topic made by Corsair Leadership with clear requests and positions like the one that Dane made for CR battleship.Believe me CoE do mistakes like not adding the Prosecutor.
