Well, let me lay out what I'm aware of then and perhaps you can take a look at it.

Here's a link to him setting up "Clasified" base, and you can see Spazzy responding as an Allerton with threats to the guy. Ultimately his info allowed [LN] to kill it since it was an open transmission, but that he chose to respond to it as a Xeno and threaten it given what happened later is odd.

Later on he rebuilds legally and it dies to a lolwut Scylla, not a lot on your hands for that, but just noting it. Here's the full thread of the three legal times he tried. You'll note from the middle of page 2 and beyond his troubles.

After the lolwut Scyllas though the Xenos hit him just as he starts his base near established trade lanes.

The first time a pair of Allertons (chased off before boom) (planet dives after boom) Nova it to death.

He pauses, calms down, and then tries again a few weeks later. Except, more Xenos just as it starts up are present and lobbing Novas at it. And yes, I went boom to one of your guys. (base death and official XA- presence) You can see a message dump with some more shots detailing who was there here.

Next day the guy rages at everything, despite my attempt to tell him we didn't work with the Xenos to kill his base.

The guy's been banned for 14 days due to language and behavior, but I can't help but wonder if this would have been avoided were the Allertons and other Xenos not apparently just shooting at it his stuff for kicks. I am not aware of any attempt to reach the fellow on the Communication Channel with any sort of RP, and given what I've laid out it seems like a deliberate effort to take out anything this guy managed to come up with just for OORP reasons using meta information. I can't, and don't, blame you for it. I am merely looking to lay out what I've seen and allow you an opportunity to work out any internal stuff yourself. I hope you find this useful.
