The Omegas are covered by the OSI, the lower Omicrons by the ZHR, the upper Omicrons by the Phoenix, the sigmas by the Kumo Zoners, and lower Taus by TAZ. If I were to support the forming of a new Zoner group, I'd like them to take care of the part of the Borderworlds where Zoner activity is rather low. Right now, that place are the upper Taus.

My suggestion, if you want to have your own Zoner group that doesn't bump into other Zoners and at the same time expands Zoner influence in Sirius, I would tell you to write your lore around the upper Taus. Freeport ten is rather unattended right now and it would be just lovely to see an active and organized group around there. It'd also give Zoners the opportunity of yet another different approach to Gallia. Zoners have always been into smuggling, and Gallia gives a lot of opportunities for this, but it's just one example of what can be done around there. There's also Outcasts, Nomads, IMG, etc.

Is there need of another Zoner group? Yes, in Tau 37.

Edit: Ignore all what sindroms said. Nobody is letting you be the Zoner bosses around, believe me. There's a too tight bound between all the other Zoner groups arleady for this to happen.
