Behind the Veil

Kaido chuckles as the old man's rants are cut short by his pilot. He raises a glass of scotch at the comm screen and gives a grin.

"Come on over Ichiro-san. You can save the sake for now though, I have Scotch. My staff tell me that docking bay three is open for your use. I'll meet you at the door."

With that he turned off his Comm panel and hastily made his way through the lavishly decorated hallways of the Jounetsu. Each one lit similarly to the Lounge, soft white lights where the floor meets the wall.

When he got to the docking area, Ichiro Takahashi was going through the last phases of the passover. Kaido leaned against the wall awaiting the process to be complete, still clutching a Scotch in his hand...
