I've just noticed some strange things:
Corsairs can have Junker tech at 75% by technerf but not a single Corsair fighter can actually mount Junker guns at all, red cell. Logic?
Also not a single Corsair fighter can mount Hogosha or FA weapons by the same shipnerf chart while having the guns cell at 90% on technerf.
This basically leaves for Corsair ID\Corsair ship only native, gaian and civvy weaponry.

P.S. Yes, just logged one of my Titans that had Drake Ds on it - 10% nerf. Used to be 90% in before.
P.P.S. Also Corsairs can't have nor Order tech nor weapons but Corsair fighters can mount Order weapons. What for? Order ID can't have Corsair stuff either.
All those nerfcharts are a messhole.
As far as I'm aware, the idea is to encourage more puretech-focussed builds when using the gear of allied factions. I.E. If you're a Corsair with a Junker ship, then use Junker guns as well.
Aha, but why someone need a cell with double nerf to around 50% efficiency? It's more about getting a civilian ship like RT for using with allies guns. So it's not what you're actually stating.
Also scanner nerf seems to be not working. Undocked a cruiser that must be 90% with BS scanner and there is no nerf to be seen.
