Bishu with two other provinces. It's like you called LNS cruiser "Northwest". But I was asking about such coincidental names in particular, not only in Japanese, but sometimes even is other languages that may ressemble English words. e.g. Sukmakok (yes, this is actual real name).

I'd call an LNS cruiser Northwest.

Hell, Kanye did it to his kid.
