I say power to the GRN| to do what they want with this.
I sincerely hope that no one gets upset for House navies to start setting up fees to dock on their npc battleships (can't just let any old person dock on a navy warship nowadays with how many enemies each faction has) and fees for docking on their major shipyards/stations (using up valuable docking space). Oh and don't forget having zoners set up fees for docking on any freeport (enemies/space/toll).
In all honestly, GRN| shouldn't necessarily be stopped from doing this, however I hope the admins respond by doing something along the lines of upping the price for buying all ships, weapons, and equipment in Gallia to compensate for the loss of premium scrap that would have been brought to the station and recycled into those various items.
