I resolved problem but only for 1 day. May be this info ll help to other players too)
It was cloudflare error (i have to write this captcha during enter on many sites)
So i could write a letter and they moved my ip from blacklist to wightlist but only for 1 day(
But i could enter in DSLauncher and load all my acounts sucsessfully during that "one day".
Now i can only launch freelancer.exe and its enough caz i play in game in server and all is good - and i dont wanna any more)
