Quite simply you cannot undo forum rp for the sake of activity that is stupid since what is the point then in having a situation of ingame RP consequences for actions carried out?

The mod is based around RP and all RP should have consequences for actions else we would be no different to those lolvanilla servers that just fly for pewpewpew.

When inRP consequences start to cause an ooRP negative effect, that's the point where questions need to be raised and we need to wonder if it's truly healthy or not. It's even worse that this is effecting both the official and indie faction.

Order act hostile to Zoners then they can expect to loose their neutral stance with them and have the Zoners keep them off their stations. Its -Cause-and-Effect- without it this mod would be unreal and pointless to play.

Personally, I feel Order 'hostility' to Zoners is a generalization. Zoners themselves are a generic faction, you can't be hostile to every Zoner unless you specifically state within your factions agenda that you want to wipe them out.

If Order being repped hostile to Zoners has had a detrimental effect on the Order Player Population then it is up to the Order High Command and those who initiated this RP to seek a RP Resolution and if they dont well then they only have themselves to blame.

Order is an example of why Zoner FR5s neither make sense or are constructive. They wield negative ooRP effects. Hostility at least should be much more specific, as described by moebeus with his suggestion.

I can quite easily think of one resolution, Order fuels supplies dry up GMG are too far away to supply them. Order HC crumbles and in the face of obliteration from not being able to fuel their ships. Are forced to overthrow their current leaders who have initiated this hostile RP toward zoners. Then seek to mend bridges with the Zoners by calling a truce with them.

That doesn't really make sense.

The truce could be subject to conditions blablabla which will result in the Zoners having even more power since they can easily turn the fuel taps off to Order Ships and watch them crumble. But at least Order will regain vital fuel supplies that the zoners supply.

Quite simply: "You dont bite the hand that feeds you", because you will go hungry very quickly.

Zoners have never really been a vital supplier to the Order, since they've been able to source supplies elsewhere. It wouldn't really make sense for Zoners to ever be more powerful than the Order in that regard.
