The NPCs never tried to dock as this changes the affiliation in the server logic. Makes players unable to dock if hostile too.
Very neat, in that case. Does that apply to both area patrols and patrol paths though? Paths can be a bit more, uh... insistent about where they want to dock.
I would like to have an exception about this capture thing for Penny or at least the planet in Penny... just to make sure newbs won't launch and face angry rogue turrets their first time
