Before i shall talk this transmission full, i shall first of all introduce myself and the Security Council. Meine name ist Kasper Juul, i'm the representative of the Peacekeepers of Rheinland. They are part of the Security Council . The Peacekeepers will try to ensure peace within and between the houses. But also we're trying to support the economics by trading with the houses.

As Republican is the mayor shipping corporation in sirius we're demanding your permission to extend our civilian trade fleet. With the Rheinland civilian line we would be able to maximise our economical assitance in Rheinland. If we'd be able to assist we can provide more and more protection within Rheinland borders and zones of interest. I'll state the ships here below we'd like to recive permission for.

■ 204-ARKM-B10 "Ragnar" Rheinland Armored Transport
■ 568-ARKG-B6 "Behemoth" Rheinland Transport

These transports would increase our trade opportunities with Rheinland and especially your organisation, we could deliver services and goods from across sirius. Please keep in mind that these ships will remain under control of the Peacekeepers of Rheinland and will not be transferred nor traded to other groups or individuals. Nor will these ships enter spaces owned by enemies of Rheinland or Republican Shipping
