"Dear Mr Cobb. The Coalition's State Duma has discussed this proposition at great length, after which it was voted upon. The Vote was a narrow one but it was far enough apart for a vote to be accepted.

As such your request has been Granted for RED clearance at Core 1 and Core 2 Level. Anything above must be approved by the Revolutionary Army High Command beforehand, you may consider this a 'Trial-Phase' as it were should you still be interested in pursuing this proposition.
