That would be a tad excessive, something subtle like VIP's taking up 4 rather than 5 cargo space which equals an extra 100 or so more VIP's (in a standard liner with no armour) which is quite a minor increase when you consider only two bases in Sirius sell them for a reasonable profit.

As others have said the passengers already carry their house origin albeit hidden in code, the issue with adding their house of origin to the name stems from Gallia and it's internal trade system, which ironically has the only network of full passenger routes that OS&C can't access currently, that uses a combination of every passenger commodity minus tourists so you'd see incredibly odd things such as Libertonian Passengers being picked up from Auvergne or Bretonian's from in Ile-de-France. In the end nothing positive would be gained from it, just more commodity bloat.
Also while this thread is open, would it be possible to do something about our ship prices? Our liners cost more than or equal to 95% of the cruisers and the Renzu is pushing battleship money.
