That is wrong and not how this works. When you cast that vote, that was a vote When you made that ID change request, that was a request to allow people to roleplay as they saw fit within the rules, not within your, or the SCRA|'s, own personal scope of what they consider to be acceptable on the server.
Edit: Just remembered you were the one who put it forward, meaning you didn't actually vote at all.
