I mean it's better than nothing, certainly, but Nephs are supposed to be colony ships, not war apparatuses. It seems silly for them to be farming nomad remains all day, even on an Order ID.
Tbh, its rather ridiculous the Order still has a 90% techcell on Zoner caps, especially after last few months where our relations rather sharply deteriorated
As for the Core HBS, I would love to see it ingame. However, that would mean the Order has to get one of their own to counter it. The Thebes should fill that niche nicely. Both the Core and Order would have an interest in having a battleship capable of realistically countering the new Nomad stuff while suffering the least amount of damage. ANd while the Osiris and Mako have the ability to dodge their stuff, a few rounds can already put a rather nasty dent in them. Heavy BSs have a lot more survivability to reasonably counter the new heavier nomad stuff
