You have not overstepped any bounds in this matter, as a member of a neutral faction who's intend is to keep peace in the Sirius Sector you have been contacted as such and you have done well to contact us.
However you, are relatively new to Discovery and MrSns is a new pilot and officer to the AW and to the Discovery Server. Neither of you knows the history behind the conflict, so I will try to explain it in short.
Assassin came to me with a request to join the AW, I accepted him as if I would accept my own child, I helped him get on his feet, I gave advices and of course financial help way beyond what we officially give. He returned that favor with deeds that get to make "dishonorable" a kind word as a description. He randomly attacked players for no reason, he was warmongering in general, the least of his crimes was not following the chain of command and it's not because of him trying to boss me, because I can handle that, it is because he tried to boss around the whole chain, it simply doesn't go that way.
He got kicked out of AW after more than enough personal warnings because his behavior. Then he joins CUFF (wedge and The Clan Wars') when they came here for the sole purpose to attack and discredit the AW in a futile attempt to attack the WA on another front, not caring if it destroys the Discovery community which I do consider my home.
His crimes don't stop here, they extend even further, even against The Angels.
Even if I find forgiveness in my heart for the numerous insults, personal and otherwise, I cannot find forgivenes anywhere for for the bad deeds he commited. I cannot find forgiveness for giving a bad name to the tag of the AW. I cannot find forgiveness for the disrespect of the warrior's code.
Finally, I canot call myself a warrior nor Admiral of the Asgards if I do not ask a recompense of great Value to the Clan and to myself. We do not take kindly to traitors, we crush them with the same fist that we crush our enemies.
Betrayal is not to be forgiven.
Sincerely,
Admiral Bernard Fokke - Nightfall
*OOC: it's not my fault he didn't want to fight but preffered do planetcamp in Gamma for 3 hrs and run for another 2. They would have been left to continue on their bussines after the fight the AW don't harrass people*
To 1st Lieutennant MrSns: Tristan, job well done, man! U deserve a commendation at the Manhattan bar. :)
