1. Don't pretend Geneva was doing the upgrade. That was @Kazinsal wishing to upgrade a bunch of stations to indicate the progress the NPC factions made on these stations.
2. Try to get away from the Andromeda character imports. Even with Dylan Hunt spelled wrong, it's rather obvious since you're also refering to Rebecca Valentine with another character. This is Freelancer, not Andromeda.
The changes Kazinsal made could have been done via player RP as well - I had similar plans for upgrading Freeport 11 once people were done NEMPing the station. Kaz however decided to just do it without anything, because he could, which is alright since he was dev at that moment.
