Federalist Restart Point is set to a hostile base in Thuringia. There is no possible way for Federalists to obtain weaponry for capital ships, except for Karlsruhe which is 3 systems away and you can buy only basic stuff on it, not even mortars, cerbs or pulse cannons. Schatten does not has any capital ship weaponry, both Koblenz, Bayern and Sommerda are hostile. Is it an overlook or is it indended to be that way?
