This. I want to remind people that after The Corsair raids rule changes Caps (Cruiser+) are USELESS outside of Zoi, and restricting them would only create shitloads of work for the Admin team.
-You can't bait. You can't help the same ID, you can just put your head down and RP or shoot NPCs and watch people that came with you die if they get attacked without you being allowed to do anything. If you are a big group you can just be slaughtered one by one and can only look at it happen.
Any sort of cap restriction to Zoi is just pointless and will add busywork after that rule change was introduced. (Besides existing factions that either have no Zoi, or can do a lot of things outside of it like Intel factions and potentially "can defend allies" factions)
EDIT: OK, one category this point might be brought up to ships is factions with - Can attack any ship to protect allies. Id line. In practice this means that e.g. IMG can take 10 Deimoses, fly literally anywhere on the map, group with literally anyone non-red and shoot as one if any of the group gets attacked. This is the same for Auxesia and others with that ID line. This is one of the reasons why Intel factions have the exception in for cruiser+
