As you've witnessed it yourselves, a particular group of rebels calling themselves "New Order" or something of that sort has taken aggressive action against the House of Kusari. Recklessly putting our diplomacy with Kusari at risk like that is unnacceptable and the most severe punishments will be applied. Capitans of Legate class vessels going with callsigns [|||]Drac and [|||]Vibria have willingly ignored both our and your orders to halt their advance to Kusari space.

Effective now, The Brotherhood considers the said group as a hostile one, as well as a threat to the Corsair Empire as a whole. Anyone supporting them or providing them with shelter will also be considered as a traitor of the Empire.

With that, I would like to hear if Deterrence Conclave is in complete agreement with our stances regarding this situation.
