You are not trustworthy because you changed the law to cover your arse. And why are you unwilling to provide proof of your claims that these PoB's were not being repaired even inRP? They were, and even if not there was no legal right in Bretonian law to destroy them,

In 24 hours from now, should the owners owning the following bases not supply them (they probably won't), we are moving to siege:
- Salisbury Town, New London, near Southampton
- Old Trafford, Manchester, near Birmingham Station
- Planet Leeds Search and Rescue, Planet Leeds orbit
What baffles me is that you should've known who the owners were because DSE informed Bretonia just two months earlier. All you had to do is give a heads-up PM.
