I dunno, seems natural that they have a lot of history and it's hard to RP with new people unaware of it -again in terms of actual benefit to the server of the long RP era in cliques they don't really add much else than e.g. powertraders, but they aren't harming anyone either - just let them do their thing? And yeah there are players who enjoy the legal aspect of lawful in game roleplay, there's maybe 3 of us on the server
Edit: when it comes to forum and in game reports, most newcomers actually love patrolling, catching smugglers etc oh house lawfuls - most vets find it tedious however
