We were expecting such a request to involve the registry of further "Bustard"-class vessels. As this seems to not be the case, the stated fee is no longer applicable. Further inquiry with the Ministry leaves us to believe that the Starfliers will utilize "Corvo"-class or similar vessels not requiring special licensing for your operations.
With the adjusted fee to reflect the absence of additional "Bustard" licenses, the special permit for Jump Drive operations for an undefined amount of vessels on a permanent basis will come at a price of 1.4 billion credits.
The payment would still have to be split equally to two neural-net accounts: Kanaya-Maru and Yotto .
