[Systems] New Berlin - Sigma-13 Unstable Jumpholes invisible on scanners

Type: Systems (Solar)
Bug: The New Berlin - Sigma-13 Unstable Jumphole is not named correctly and does not display on the scanner. In game it is marked as "Unknown Object" (in both systems) and does not show on the player's scanner even when being immediately in front of the JH.

Reproduction Steps:

• Use darkstat to find the location of the JH's in both systems
  
• Fly towards them in both systems
  
• Observe that the scanner does not pick up their existence, despite proximity
  
• Observe that the JH's are also not marked in the Navmap
  

Additional Information: The JH in Sigma-13 is easier to find because you can accidentally target it and see the cursor changing. The JH in New Berlin is significantly harder to spot (I was only able to find where it was when I jumped to New Berlin through it.
