Ban Appeal - Appeal closed, problem solved

Hello, i was just in the New Tokyo system with my CSV with a hold filled with 140 niobium, when i notice a red lag meter, so i attempted to dock with the mooring fixture on New Tokyo. Since the lag was red, it didnt let me dock, and held me at 347m from the docking ring. I was not moving nor was a shooting my guns. I alt-tabbed to check a different window and then i checked back and i was still sitting there. Not moving. Not shooting.

I then left to goto the bathroom, then i came back and it said i had disconnected and when i tried to reconnect, it said that i was banned from this server.

I was not moving, shooting, nor do i use any mods other than Discovery. I use FLMM 1.3 and i have no other mods installed, along with this being the only mod activated after a fresh install of freelancer. I understand the rules of this server well, and i have gone out of my way to prevent a situation like this from happening, but alas, i guess not.
