"Enter the passcode."

Roman Doyle stared blankly at the keypad before him. He looked up and glanced past the lexan glass into the docking bay's B-Hangar. Whatever these people wanted, he thought, it was important.

Doyle had always been a slacker, and today was possibly the best day of his life, despite the fact that a large tall man had trained a pistol at the back of his skull. He was tired of working the docks at the Freeports. The Zoners were a great bunch to be with... so long as you were a Zoner. Doyle had a plan to break free, and to make a name for himself.

He decided that he needed to act fast.

"I know what you're looking for!" exclaimed Doyle, whipping around. The man holding the gun nearly shot Doyle in surprise.

The man with the monotone voice, however, looked completely disinterested at what Doyle had to say. "Enter the passcode."

Doyle was dumbfounded, but got back to his senses. "Only I know how to get to it!!"

The man sighed. Turning to his compatriot with the gun, he jerked his head at Doyle's direction.

"Shoot him," said the man.

The other man hesitated. "Hans, he has the passcode..."

"Shoot him," insisted the man, Hans.

By the time Doyle came to his senses and realized what was going on, most of his thought processes were being carried on in a massive red splatter against the lexan glass on the large bay door to Hangar-B.

Hans turned to several burly men dressed in traditional Unioner garb. "Use the crane," said Hans, pointing at a large mechanical arm mounted on a tram, "and lift over Vlad's bomber."

"Oh my God," stammered a voice from amongst Hans's men. "You aren't..."

"Do you have another idea?" asked Hans.

There was no response.

"Good, then we have a plan," finished Hans, faking a grin.
