You mean the guard id, that only allows you to fly gunships in the omicrons and omegas.....completely useless for a normal bh whose contracts takes him everywhere.
The proposed BH id change will not be for the good of the server. What it will do is undermine the BH faction making it unable to properly fulfill its role. So who will then want to be a BH ?
So Kuraine, Restrict BH cruisers, destroyers, battleships, to BH guard id if you will and restrict them to the omicrons and omegas. I can see that this would help to stop independants running around in caps all the time, to a point.... But there is NO reason for not allowing BH to fly gunships.
