I woke up this morining with both good news and bad news. I'll start with the bad news. Last night we lost one of our patrol wings. The pilots are safe, their pods were collected by GMG workers that were collecting the H-fuel from our miners. Jin'ko, Park, Kasugai and Mai were doing patrols and were hit by Outcasts fielding smaller more agile craft than the usual lumbering capital ships we are used to seeing. They have adjusted their raid groups to handle our Taiidans, we've been expecting this. GMG|Tartary from IMG is fully operational and will be deployed to assist. I hear GMG|Shantar currently being built by Kishiro will be nearing completion and the Zoners say they are cooking something up for us, said we would like it.... We will also require Fighter support if any of the Security Officers would like to get an Eagle it would help (you may have both your bomber and an Eagle).
On some brighter news. GMG's numbers have increasing and our measure of control is increasing, we have begun implementing fines of 5mil to smugglers who come within 5K of our facilities. Until now we have been limited to what we can accomplish, particularly in Sigma-13, we've pretty much been unable to "put our foot down" on smugglers because of the high level of Pirates and warships we deal with. Now our numbers are increasing and I have read a report that our security has met success with the first fine put down on a Cardi smuggler who flew right up to the base and our security. Our hope is to eventually make smuggling in the Sigmas an unprofitable business, but one step at a time. All fines collected should be banked in the GMG|Armoury
