UnderGrounD|RU has been sanctioned and banned for:

3.2 Flaming, threats and insulting (in any form) other members, factions, server administrators in chat, public
or private, is prohibited on server and on forums. RP-related threats are allowed on the server.

Sanction: no less than 14-day ban.

Wonderful tirade in your home tongue, and judging by the tags, we have no problem guessing where that
is. Though your insults were in very clear English as well.

Fined all credits and guns, banned for fourteen days.

I will re-iterate for everyone reading this. Your country of origin is entirely irrelevant, and has no place on
a roleplay server. It is an excuse for not being able to speak the official server language, and advertising
for those who do not, nor have any intention of speaking it either.
If any of you are unable to communicate in English, unfortunately you have no place playing here. You are
unable to roleplay, and are making it impossible for anyone else to roleplay with you, and for administrators
to be able to speak to you concerning anything.
This leads to sanction reports, and situations like this. It is unacceptable, and will cease forthwith.
