The first issue is Errant talking about the fact that Ross, role-plays a girl. (This has been done before, just look at the countless "all these people are role-playing as girls" whinge threads that have spawned.)
One quote has been included for illustration purposes along with one thread hyperlinked. Go find others if you want, they do exist.
The second issue is use of the word "dick", which just happens to be a shortened version of my real name. (It suits me, right?)
One wonders if this is an issue, why was nothing done about the people below? (Some of which are people-specific, and offensive.)

If the intent of insulting was not proven with some of the above posts, let us move to question whether Errant is harshly insulting Ross. Looking at the below quote, his usage of the term seems to be rather casual, relaxed, more like a jest, than an "I am going to put your dog in the microwave and watch it melt to death" sort of phrase. (There is more than one example of this as well.)
