Admin Notice - Player fined and imprisoned

Black_Dragon has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on 01/08 for:

3.1 Using coarse language, posting abusive, hateful, racist content in chat, public or private, is prohibited under any circumstances.
Sanction: no less than 7-day ban.

3.2 Flaming, threats and insulting (in any form) other members, factions, server administrators in chat, public or private, is prohibited on server and on forums. RP-related threats are allowed on the server.
Sanction: no less than 14-day ban.

And

3.5 Attempts to pose as admins and attempts to interpret rules are not allowed. Using an Admin's name without prior consent of the Admin is never allowed.
Threats of sanctions will result in a sanction against those threatening, and may be equivalent in monetary and equipment value to the sanction threatened.

Conequences: Fined all Guns and 14 Days in Bastille.

Comments/Instructions: Language like that will not be tolerated on the server, and telling people they will be banned generally tends to come back to haunt you. Post here when your time is done.
