When I look at these, it looks like what I was doing a couple years ago. Experimenting in new stuffs. With photoshop, as far as I learnt, there's really not much to learn at the beginning

so everyone knows everything there is to know right from the start?

give out all technical lessons to people starting out;

yes, this is so they can understand the way things are done and have a choice to use the knowledge in future.

1: they dont even know what you are talking about

it must have been poorly taught then.

2: you are basically telling them to do it "your way", which isn't really interesting

again poorly taught,

So I just tell them which are decent enough and which bad.

Aside of that, I really dont see how they could be improved.
