- would be cool if they could generate money when you are in space (say close to a planet) with people on board, it's easily doable, not so easily balance-able.

There is a potential for afk-ness in simply loitering around a planet indefinately.

But what about a limited amount of credit? After all tourists do get bored after a while, and want to move on.

OR

Instead of docking with a parked Luxury Liner - take time to unload/transfer your human cargo to and from it - making you vulnerable in space the whole time. Sure you could dock, but then you wont get the FLHook generated cargo...
