Don't know if you've missed it or it was intentional, but the IND and I stopped the Bounty Stuff some Time ago and went back to neutral-ish Relationship.
It's kinda funny that the Big Sexy Beast is still the Flagship though:P
The IND have made themselves to be quite hostile to us long before the bounty. If they want to be friends again they better be bringing something good to the table. If they want to deal, then that's on them, but I'm under no pressure right now to offer them anything.
Don't expect me to know about any of the deals and what not you've made Schlurbi, because you informed me of approximately none of it.

I don't feel that's neccessary. Outcasts pirating in Liberty are not serving the goals of the Outcast Nation, that is not their agenda in Liberty. Hence any Outcast in Liberty is only out for personal gain, and their motives are no different to any other independant pirate in Liberty. They are competition, and we deal with them according to how we feel at the time.
We do not actively hunt and kill Outcasts in Liberty, that's not our agenda either. The only times we kill them if they're in a Storta, Tridente, or they're being particularly stubborn about pirating where we want to. If we're on the California lane and there's Outcasts pirating in Texas, we don't care.
It is not a faction goal to kill Outcasts, it is purely up to the individual Rogue to choose how they approach Outcasts pirating in Liberty. Hence it is not required for the faction documentation. Furthermore, there are some Outcasts who have earned our respect in Liberty and are left alone, like the Gryphon Clan.
