Circumstances:
First claim, I was doing a circuit of Cortez when I picked up this one's iff. I followed, to find him attempting to pirate a passing trader by disrupting the trade lane. Needless to say I intervened, and his pirate transport didn't last long.
The second claim, I was escorting a trader through California, checking the lanes ahead, when we ran into this fellow. Despite me warnings to clear the lane, he refused so I was left with no choice but to take him down.
