I did read it few times. Not that I didn't understand it, it just made no sense if it was supposed to imply about out of roleplay attitude. Sure, the player might not be perfect as you might want him/her to be. But would that grant you the right to shoot him? We all (theoretically) play to have fun here, somebody might not be as advanced as others are, but again, would that grant you the right to decide whether he;s worthy to be shot at?
I understand about the orders. I am not even trying to discuss it. However your own attitude , from what I see, should be fixed prior to changing others.
Also, if you are not the leader of the faction, how can you threaten to ban him for his feedback, that does indeed sound like honest misunderstanding and simple frusturation for what he thinks was bad encounters. Aren't you overstepping your superiors in this case by decided for whole faction that he should not give feedback, that sound as insults to you only??
