Krixx then gets up. He wears his old Iles-De-France shipping uniform, proudly showing the Fleur-De-Lys on it, symbol of the Royalists of Gallia. He wish he would have other clothes than these, but they were his neatest closes. He drinks a cup of water, before clearing his throat and gives a suspicious look to the Montelimar's Don.
''Now, first of all, this bounty was instored after my ship (and its shipment) was destroyed several times for uncalled reasons by the Unione Corse. The first time was by Alesia station, where an L'Dubois gunboat, Mafieux Foyer, had destroyed my cargo after I refused to pay for their so called ''protection''. Now, I didn't care too much about this, thinking it was an isolated incident.
The day after, I was merely having a chat with two GRP officers, when a Unione Corse pilot, named Jacques Delpois (I am sorry if I get the name wrong) claimed that I was on the Mafia hitlist. Pressed by the situation, I had no time to record his sayings, and once again, my ship was destroying by him, and another familiy member of the L'Dubois, namely Gilbert.
Today, the Montelimar and Bouron family clearly threatened me, right in front of three GRN officers and one GRP officer, even threatening them as well. I will quote Antoine-Marc: ''If you call me civilian one more time, I will shove your head on Planet Beaume.''
Now, when I paid the fine, I was escorted out of Gallic Royalist territory, but as soon as I reached Council territory, I was ambushed by the Montelimar, as the L'Dubois stated earlier. My crew managed to survive, and myself as well.
The reasons why I put this bounty was because their act in the shadows, not letting the GRn know what their actions are. The bounty was getting them unnerved, made them more careless, and forced them to show their activities to the public.
Messieurs le Juge, I also believe the Corsicans keep a hitlist; those who doesn't pay for their protection, will later get killed by one of their trained hitmen. I may be wrong as well, but it is also another reason of why I put a bounty on their heads.
Lastly, I am sorry if I attracted Outsiders within Gallia; I repaid every side's ship values and equipment, and restricted the bounty to Gallic citizens and Junkers only; also, please take note that I am the only individual concerned in the Bounty, none of my Junker friends are involved.
We all suffered from this, me included, Monsieur le Juge. But someone needed to act, to show who truly are the Corsicans. It is all I have to say for now.''
Krixx, exhausted and stressed, sits back down, and looks at his lawyer. His lawyer noded, not too sure of how his speech would affect the judge. Krixx give a last glance to the corsicans, and then smirks.
