The overal map of the Oita system. During my recon mission I did not encounter hostile or any other vessel in the system. There are two derelict objects in the Oita system which may have significance. The first is the remains of an unknown space installation near the planet Sakurajima, further study is required. The other one is a severely damaged fighter class ship. The wreck contained an unknown weapon, which was handed to the Lane Hacker R&D for further analysis.
The Jump Hole to the unexplored system is located in sector 6E. The scans of the Jump Hole indicate it is stable and safe for use. There is no any kind of defence or hostile movement around the Jump Hole or anywhere in the Oita system.
