My name is Kelsey Falconer, but of course, you already knew that. This message will be breif, I don't know how long it I have before the server shuts down, or until the lab technicians work out what I have done.
Until recently I was a lab technician at Pueblo station, you know, the menial tasks like preparing the equipment before an experiment and managing the computer system. As a lab tech, my time at Ageira wasn't to bad, but I saw things, terrible things...
The blatant disregard for the safety of those working on the station, and infact those in the entire Colorado system was obscene, they would push experiments to dangerous limits, often leaving the test chambers themselves and forcing people such as security guards and cleaners to control the experiments for them, guiding them over the comms system. These people weren't trained or paid to do this and were often exposed to dangerous levels of radiation in the process, but they had no choice you see, and if they refused they quickly disappeared off to Sugarland.
I would hear those that had been mistreated by their superiors whisper of the Lane Hackers, and those that trusted me divulged their knowledge. They spoke of the Lane Hackers as the saviours of Liberty, who would one day sweep in and put everything right.
Unfortunately, my association with these people did not go unnoticed and soon after I was 'requested' to live permanently on Pueblo Station.
I knew they were monitoring me, watching who I talked to and where I went, and I knew I had to get out.
One of my friends in security risked his own life to get me off of the station aboard a DSE freighter headed for Erie. Lost, alone and desperate I could only think of one place to turn, the elusive Lane Hackers. I managed to 'commandeer' a Starflier and after attempting* to send a message to the Lane Hackers, I quickly set into action.
*Mr.Sanguinetti informed me that this message was not received, whether it was filtered by the authorities or due to a mistake on my part I do not know.

I'm rambling, I need to keep this short; I'm sure you have a good idea of what happened next anyway. I quickly equipped my ship with some new weapons from a Junker base near planet Manhatten, and then a Stunpulse gun from Detroit Munitions, my employee codes still worked so it seems Ageira hadn't noticed my absence yet.
As I left detroit munitions I was ambushed by some Xeener scum launching an attack on Ageira, fortunately I was able to dispose of them relatively quickly with some aid from a small group of Rogues who I queried about the Lane Hackers. They told me to head for their base in the Badlands, apparently the ship dealer there would be able to tell me more. On arrival he welcomed me to unlawful life, and explained that my best bet to make contact with the Hackers would be to fly to their base in Magellan, he even provided me with a used Dagger fighter, one of a class prefered by the Hackers.
When I arrived, things were as I expected: The Hackers didn't trust me, most asked me to leave. I tried to make a name for myself by launching a hit and run raid on Sheffield Station but while doing so I was contacted by Mr.Sanguinetti, who promptly set up a meeting with a Lane Hacker at Mactan. I was met by a man named Medea who identified himself as Mactan's Janitor, he provided me with a package essential to Lane Hacker operations and convinced the citizens of Mactan to give me some assignments.
I guess I managed to impress them with my flying, because I am no longer unwelcome amongst them.
