While on our standard patrol through the orkney system, our scanners picked up an anomoly, I ordered the Savai'i moved closer. Our scanners then properly resolved the object in question, and got us this image.
A light fighter belonging to the Council. It appears to have been damaged, and then disabled in combat, possibly with royalist forces. scans show that the hull is damaged beyond repair, and that the weapons have been lost. No remains are present, so we can only hope that the pilot was rescued.
Here it is, another report about a completed job. I got a mission from Java. They said something about another Outcast installation... The mission commission also told me not to worry about the sniffers in the area. So, I jumped in my Pytho and went to the waypoint. The intel was correct. There was an unfinished space station I fired my SNAC and the station went poof... Then I went back to Java. My wife made pizza with onion, tomatoes, bacon, cheese and some secret ingredients.

Well this morning i decided to start my day shooting some rocks. Something simple to begin so i thought... I make it out to my little spot and begin to mine away. I also joined our friend Mr.Charlie, sharing stories and talking about rocks.
*pew pew
*pop pop
*Tractor
Everything was going well untill some Outcast came out of nowhere! A lone little bomber looking for a nice meal, something he can sink his teeth into. He begins to ask me what iam doing,
" shooting rocks"
He then began to ask how much i sold my ore for. very odd i thought to myself and so i kept silent.
Still shooting rocks he now grow near as if creeping on its prey. He asked once again
"How much do you sell you ore for?"
I reply with,
"2 Sheep furs, .... (something else forgot), and a girl from Malta"
Well didn't go too well, before i knew it my shields where down. i powered up weapons and returned fire! about 45 seconds of weapons exchange a CR pilot decides to show and lend a hand. He tries but i still fall before the Outcast and his power ship.
My escape pod make it to Tau 44 where my Transport awaits.
I have come to the conclusion that Mining is just not for me. I seem to always get the bad end of the deal loosing my cargo and ship like crazy. At this rate ill be broke before i know it. I think maybe ill just stick to the trading It much more relaxfull and calm. Well if you need me ill be traveling the many Lanes of Sirius wondering the distant worlds bringing goods to those in Need and need the Support of the IMG.
Here it is, another report about the big nothing that is happening on my shift... I changed the patrol route a bit. I decided to start it near Tau-44 jump hole and then, follow the normal path. Anyway, there's only a small incident to point out. Two Outcast heavy fighters decided to suicide by attacking my gunboat. That happened near Tau-39 jump hole. Then I passed the first buoy and then the second one from the mining sector. The, I wen't to check the Orkney jump hole and then I returned to Java. And that was... all. Boring day but it's better than fighting and loosing, isn't it? At least, Nihoa didn't cause any problems today... the engines went well.

Greetings folks.
*You hear a warm kittenish female voice*
Being not so intensively bound to the guild this is the first time my voice is heard in this channel.
I am speaking to you for I have found something worth looking during an "exploration" tour in the omegas at a broken Nomad gate.
I is a Nomad artefact. Unfortunately it seems broken, but maybe having a look at it pays off though.
If you don't name a different research station, I will leave it at Sarawak together with 10 mil. to found the research a little.
By the way, we have discovered a lot of stuff down there. Although you probably have the Informations already and although nothing seems worthy, I send you an update on the nav data. I'll have it uploaded after the audio message. Strange though, we have not drawn much attention.
Safe flights and kisses to all of you.
*You hear the sound of a kiss as the connection closes*
*You receive the complete nav data (maybe some asteroid fields, nebulas and uninhabited planets are missing) of all Omega systems EXCEPT those systems that are guard systems of factions that the IMG is NOT hostile with and excluding Omega 11. Including the local informations on friendly or neutral stations and planets.*
Something strange happened yesterday. Eva Gunter sent me some files with a discussion she had with some people around Java. She is now in New Berlin and she can't contact you. I was closer... anyway. These are disturbing facts. Maybe you heard of those new groups that claim to help us, especially the Tau Defense Force and another one 1st Authority. Well, they acted almost hostile towards Eva.
First of all, the TDF are very rude when talking to their superiors. Not to mention when talking to a woman... Second, the 1st Authority is using IMG and DHC equipment under the same banner. This is outrageous. A DHC train somehow docked on Java.
Eva warned them, and I think she did well here. After I received this from her, I tried to see for myself and lucky me, one of the TDF was using system wide comms to talk about how they don't care about the IMG, but they only need our ships.
Oh and, I contacted the Colonials. One of their pilots was kind to hand me some guncam photos of TDF ships blindly engaging Cartel forces in Tau-23 when they were overpowered. They are destroying IMG equipment more then any other group and this brainless course of action is more likely to damage IMG then do any good.
I think we have enough evidence to put them to guard the Omicron Alpha jump hole without nanobots and shield batteries!

Cadet Jason reporting in with the most interesting events from the past week.
Six days ago: A major battle between IMG/CR and Outcast forces. My Nyx and I did sufficient effort to partially disable the bomber wing of the enemy and thus buy some time for the CR carrier to pull back to safety at Java. Unfortunately after that I became primary target for the Sabers and was soon "put out of action". Fortunately enough my escape pod was close to Java and I was rescued. The fight continued for about 20 more minutes. There were six or seven outcasts vs. four of our boys and under the leadership of CR commander Panzer and our own Zed's brilliant fighting skills, the CR/IMG crew bravely stood their ground and defended Java. They were on the point of break down though and fortunately enough Dr. Hoodlum of the (random name) Institute of Meteorological Surveying reported of a major two minute Sirius wide darkening. This occurnace made the outcasts pull back to Cali or else their on-board ship systems would have been badly damaged. Java was saved once again.
Four days ago: I was runing low on cash and that battle with the outcast got me even more impecunious. So fate was on my side once again when I was invited by a newly developed UMWS faction to escort their convoy to New Berlin. Apparently those boys had a Barge storage vessel docked at Jakarta and they emptied the beast's entire hull. I had to babysit 5-6 heavy transport vessels and let me tel you, it wasn't easy. My escorting abilities proved beneficial once again and I discovered a large Hogosha patrol that were about to pirate the gate that the "babies" were approaching. I told them not to come till I find a more secure path, but one decided to act Rembo style and face the blockade. The hogosha taxed the whole convoy for about 20 million credits. The rest of the trip went fairly well, I just had to take out 5 or 6 Wilds to secure the New Berlin jump hole. I got 20 million credits for my services and was finally able to by myslef a Pytho bomber.
Three days ago: I was involved in a four hour chase. Apparently the CR were hunting a Hogosha transport that pirated our miners for their ore. The pirate went by the name General Yarr. They were chasing him throughout the Taus when finally he took the JH for our guard system. Then they locked it, now all they had to do was find him...which was a really tough job. I entered the chase soon after he was inside Tau 39. So, the guys were looking for him all around in groups, but I decided to do my own thing, plus I wanted to test my new Pytho. So i began searching where the pirate least expected. I had to think like the enemy. I found him near the mining station in the copper mining field. Then a 100k chase occured until the CR boys intercpeted him at one of the jump holes. He managed to jump actually, but Panzer nuked him on the other side and literraly drilled a whole in the hull of his ship. But then a Hogosha Raba ship appeared out of nowhere and I knew right away what was going to happen. I yelled in group comms for them to intecpet the Raba before it tractors the niobium that came out of Yarr's boat and then I took the liberty of asking some of our miners to come and pick that loot up. Unfotunately the Raba got there first and tractored eveything in. So we were about for another chase. I got tired of this and directed full power to the Anti-Matter cannon. I took down the Raba with one percise shot..but the scum destroyed all of the niobium within his belly. And that was all. After that I was perosnally congratulated by Commander Panzer of the CR and recieved a material award from the rest of the crew.
So there you have it. That's all for now. Jason out...

***TO: All Mining Directors and the Guild Master***
Greetings, high command. This is Jason speaking on behalf of the many IMG pilots in our ranks.
The matter at hand is that most of us are growing tired of dealing with the many requests/insults/demands of the smaller groups that bare the IMG ID. These groups (UMWS,TDF, [H&S], the list goes on..) start to become a real pain these days. I have recieved many complaints from my fellow miners about their pilots such as:
Taking up mining space:There are soo many foreign miners that the official IMG cannot find a mining spot without running into a UMWS miner for example. After which the UMWS gives our boys a harangue for enetring THEIR fields of operation...I suggest that we start taxing the foreign groups, for using our niobium fields in Tau 23, as their main source of income.
Increased pirate activity:Due to the overpopulated system, it became a main pirating zone for the outcasts. There are too many of the foreign miners, which are easy prey for the Tridentes. Not only that, but assaults from Hogosha also occured. Hogosha usually do not go this deep in to foreign space. There were several inccidents in the past week when a pirate, who goes by the name of General Yarr, destroyed several of our miners and stole their ore. Not to mention the frequent "visits" of Niko Bellic, pirate freelancer who works for the outcats. It is true that main casualties are from the other groups' sides, but our miners also suffered because too many pirates were attracted. The smaller groups do not seem to posses the firepower needed to drive the pirates away, so they frequently ask for our help. I did about 10 rescue missions this weak and I did not recieve a credit for it....My suggestion again is to tax the foreign miners for the servcies of our defense wing.
Transport issues:It has come to my personal observation that the Hogosha had also increased their patrols in Kusari space. The reason for that, I believe, is due to the fact that more and more foreign transports take the route through Kusari to reach New Berlin. You can find Hogosha patrols at every time now and this endangers our boys and girls. Also, the transports REQUIRE us, the official IMG, to escort them at low prices, something in the range of 3-4 millions per run. For me this is unacceptable and I intend to tax them with even higher fees.
For now the CR and the ICMG are the only factions that are perfoming good and support the official IMG in general. The list with problems around the rest of the newly formed groups continues though...for example the fact that some groups think they can bring more weapons in IMG controlled space than the official IMG themselves. Thanks to our Defense Director this problem has been resolved I think, but what about the other issues...
That is all I wanted to share with high command right now. Jason out...
