He also reports that Yoda has paid the KNF Armory the sum of 54 Million Credits for a consideration.
I hereby authorize the Yoda-[T] permanent and unlimited access through Hiroshima System for the purpose of legal trading.
All KNF, KNT, and Katana pilots are directed to offer every courtesy and assistance to this honorable Trader!

Shortly thereafter, the fighters Kijutsu and Youma_Kama detected an interloper in the Hiroshima system. The Liberty ID'd Lib Cruiser X-Killer-X was located foundering south of Matsue Base, with our loyal Guard pilots removing bits of his hull. Lt. "Ghost" deLuna (bless her shiney new Orb..) showed the intruder the way to Illinois, with a stern warning not to re-enter our Home system.
The Hiroshima restrictions have been posted. There is no excuse for anyone except Yoda and our own Forces to be there. Warn only once, then remove by force if the intruder is seen again.

Cmdr Kilo reports that the KNF's coffers are almost empty. We have spent our money like a drunken sailor on shore leave in Bangkok!
Recruiting and equiping new recruits is expensive.
If a gaijin trader from the south, Yoda-[T], can donate 50 Million credits, then so can we!
The Yuuzai_Maru offers a challenge to his peers. The first trader to reach a quota of 50 Million deposited to the Heikiko_Maru will have his boots shined by the Wascal Wabbit himself!

Sisters and Brothers of the Blue Lagoon,
The defense of our Homeland from Bretonian, Terrorist, and Pirate threats is paramount in the thoughts of our Emperor. The safety and freedom of each and every one of you is the mission which He in His infinite wisdom has bestowed upon our valiant Warriors.
In order to better combat these threats to our peace, the Emeror has agreed to combine all of Kusari's military might into one unified command.
The services of the Katana Defense Wing have been invaluable in the protection of our Home systems. Commodore Mori and his fine pilots will continue to make the Blue Lagoon a safe haven for our homes and our children. I am confident in their abilities, and their devotion to the Emperor.
As Taisho of all KNF Forces, I wish to welcome Commodore Relden Mori to my Staff. I will rely heavily upon him in matters of Home Defense. His forces will still be known by the proud name Katana, as indicated by the new banner they will fly under, [KNF-K].
I hereby direct all my Officers in the [KNF] and in our stalwart Trading Corps to extend every courtesy to Com. Mori. If I am not available to make tactical decisions concerning Kusari's wellbeing, Mori will be your Sensei. He will report directly to me.
Com. Mori has been fully informed on the state of our Ceasefire with the NovaPG and the Bushido. He is also aware that our pipeline of valuable supplies must still continue to flow and be protected as per previous communiques. His Forces may be called upon to ensure that the Ceasefire Terms are observed, and to escort our Traders as far as Holman Outpost to the west, and the GMG Outpost Naha to the east.
Our Emperor has chosen wisely this day. The defense, and the victory, of House Kusari has taken a great step towards success.
