Mr. James Jaikenhead, you are the first one to complete the newly established IMG recruitment programme. And, I may add, you did so in record time. Congratulations!
Please hand back the Recruitment ship at the place where you received it.
You are now allowed to install the IMG| transponder software into your ships.
Welcome to the Guild, Sir.

It's great seeing all these new faces around. I'd like to congratulate the ones that recently graduated the recruit state, and entered Core IMG. Looking forward to be flying with you.

This is Guild Master Takeshi Ogawa speaking. I received some disturbing images Mr Henderson and I would like you to find more about that. IMG has currently the privilege to be the only known organisation which sells its ore in the Gallic market. As long as we keep the current status quo, we both know, it's extremely beneficial for us.
This was taken by a local IMG transport moving to Dublin. These Junkers were in the Edinburgh system and were heading to the Tau-31 jump hole. The Tau Forces should also report any ore moving to Orkney which is not part of a gallic shipping company. The images also show that these junkers were on Gallic transports, namely the Vache, therefore we have to deal with Gallic junkers. I will try to find more about them from our Council contacts and in the meantime Mr Henderson please recommend a course of action on how we stop this.
The following conversation was recorded close to Java, between a Shinobi and several EDGE warships. The interesting thing is that Shinobi hunt Bounty Hunters outside of the Taus & Orkney, as per agreement.
It seems the EDGE are quite chatty, I would be very pleased if we get more valuable intel in our hands. Learning more about Shinobi is a top priority.

From this point, all CBF tagged ships are considered as kill on sight targets. We hardly know anything about them but from what it seems it's just another pirate group who wants to make a living by attacking innocent miners. They seem to use Gaian technology in their ships, so if they started becoming a real problem, we will know which will be our first lead in order to learn more about them...

Copy that, Guildmaster. I'll be on the lookout for Crossbones forces, and I'll chat up all the edgies that I see. They're pretty talkative guys, too.
As for the junkers, apparently there's a large group in Gallia that call themselves junkers as well, and use somewhat similar tech. I guess they're expanding out into Sirius now that the Sirian junkers we know are going in. Anyone not of the IMG or a Gallic corp hauling ore into Gallia, I'll reroute them.

Gallic Junkers... what the... *leans forward and faces the comms*
I will contact my IDF and GMS sources about this development. Let's see what they say.
It's not entirely impossible that Gallia is trying to increase the ore influx by these means, but given the efforts that GMS and IDF used to make these deals happen, I find it a more reasonable assumption that these Junkers are as our own... acting on their own, making loads of money and undercutting our monopoly.
No good news.
I will make things happen. Let's see how we can make that stop.
First thing: Gallic vessels that are non-IDF/GMS will be charged 5500-6000 credits / unit. If they don't behave, name a price you like.
Thank you for the information. Keep it coming.
Jack, out.

Short update:
MMC knows about the problem and we have found a common course of action.
We sell at 5500-6000 to any ships that go to Gallia obviously. If we have the suspicion, the price is the Gallic price until they prove otherwise.
We will also tell all these semi- or unlawful buyers to make sure the origin of the ore cannot be traced back to IMG or MMC, so that Gallia cannot claim that we increase the number of criminals entering Gallia. So we can avoid negative consequences, still make money from these shippers and keep our market shares because if we don't sell to them, someone will. I won't risk that.
I will keep you updated.
Jack, out.

I am still recuperating from my inguries and had some time to read and talk to people. Contacted my brother Vernon in Dublin today. He says he worked with some Mollies to fill couple of Junker transports with gold ore. Did not pay much attention to the ships themselves, but that's Vern or you. I however like to read stuff, and I happened across part of the Gallic law. It is said there that Junkers are not allowed to use vesells with more than 4300 cargo capacity, so those fellas were effectively braking the law there - I have seen a Vache ot two and they're a bit bigger 'n that.
So, there you have it. What do you do with it - that's up to you.

So, I basically had to call in every favor that I was owed by anyone ever, but the Tunguska was finally rebuilt. So I took her on her first actual exploration voyage, to Galileo, and scanned the clouds there to determine their composition and the damage they might incur to a trade convoy needing to escape from pirates. They're mostly dark matter, and they'll certainly eat away at a ship's hull relatively quickly, just like strong radiation or certain parts of the Omega Walker Nebula might, but a ship with armor should stand a good chance inside of them. Not like we go to those systems often, but it never hurts to know.
Then I found a jump hole, which was kinda unexpected. I went through, and, uh. Don't go through any jumpholes you find in Galileo. I was greeted by a large contingent of Liberty Rogues, and it seems they even have their own destroyers. Uploading the logs of my trip there. n/img/core/passcke$543gd]#2(89Đ¹/kzenonAAAA1/guncams/tiff/IWs09.avr¹ n/img/core/passcke$543gd]#2(89Đ¹/kzenonAAAA1/guncams/tiff/IWs09.avr¹ n/img/core/passcke$543gd]#2(89Đ¹/kzenonAAAA1/guncams/tiff/IWs09.avr¹ n/img/core/passcke$543gd]#2(89Đ¹/kzenonAAAA1/guncams/tiff/IWs09.avr¹ n/img/core/passcke$543gd]#2(89Đ¹/kzenonAAAA1/guncams/tiff/IWs09.avr¹
The last picture is one I took of the system on the other side of the one I entered from Galileo. The station in view there is apparently called Freeport 14, and one of the Zoners onboard told me that the system was known as Yukon — I had just come from Cassini. No other bases in that system. She also told me where the Alberta jump hole was in that system, and I made my way back through Alberta into Ontario and California, then to Magellan, where I moored the Tunguska with Freeport 4.
She'll be back in Tau once she gets repaired... again... and hopefully on to discover more things. I don't think Yukon or Cassini are on any of the Guild's starcharts, so I took the liberty of adding them to the Guild's databases. Cassini was full of asteroid fields, but I didn't get the time to scan and see if there was any ore in them. Yukon was pretty much barren.
On another note, Samuel, the Gallic junkers are permitted to fly the Vache, if you read the restrictions on their Standardized Identification papers, which surprisingly use the same format as Sirian ones. Stopping any Vaches that come through and checking their idents and registrations is my new priority in Tau-23, I'll be sure to turn back anyone that didn't buy their ore from the Guild.
