So if zoner players can't play friendly with the order they must wait or go to another place. This makes me think also that if the Core becomes aggressive in the omega/omicron, this might also decrease the zoner activity in these areas. We should always remember to play with people, not against them.
The Zoner ID doesn't allow for direct engagements, therefore neither faction gains anything from the FR5.
But think of it this way: if there's no FR5s at all, that means no one's activity decreases.

Basically, Zoner caps (except for the Corvo, only one that inRP makes sense for what it is) should become liners/transports. The Carrier and the Dreadnought should become liners, with the carrier a special liner with more DMs than the usual, and the dreadnought something in the likes of the Renzu liner.
And the fearless should become an armored transport. I mean - even the ship description up until 4.87 stated it's a medium heavily armed transport, only in 4.87 it was edited to be a "cruiser" - which also plausible, because anyone with a slight knowledge in engineering will tell you how impossible it is, for various reasons.
First, let me say that I no longer am playing Zoners, so this is not coming from a self interest perspective.
I would argue that Zoners as a whole have more justification for having warships than: Bounty Hunters (not including Core here), Rogues, Red Hessians, etc since they actually function as a government and have several star systems in addition to numerous bases. There are entire ship lines in this game that exist only because it distinguishes the faction that plays them.
The argument that the Zoners don't need them is spurious because they actually have known conflicts with other NATIONS. On the other hand, what House wants freelance mercenaries, which is what the Bounty Hunters are, wandering around with warships including battleships? For that matter, how would a confederation of small businesses actually support something that, in the real world, costs a million dollars a day to operate before it has engaged in combat?
Here are file with all Zoner mentioning infocards in game. Can anyone care enough to find the mentions of capital ships, besides their own descriptions?

I think the official Order| should be FR5ed but not the normal indy Order ID.
