someone was trying to sell me CAU IV off their luxury liner with researcher ID and empty cargo. every time he unmounted it an undocked, it was magically mounted again.
Had the same problem before. Try it that way: Unmount it on the weapon dealer menu, buy another upgrade and and mount this one.

Most of the times, the game hangs when I F1 in space, I wasnt in the middle of a fight or interacting with any players, just to drop and pick up some cargo with another character. I waited about 5 minutes for it to go away, but nothing, still hanged. (small bug really, I just have to dock at a station to F1)
Dont think it was me, because I tried it on other discovery servers and I F1 between characters with no problem.

Use wep dealer only for Mount and unmount.
Never use the "inventory" thingy - which ALWAYS causes this bug.
This bug concerns the reputation of the character.
Hope this is the right sub-section.
I just started to shoot Xenos on a new character to buy some bribes afterwards and rep it.
The more Xenos I killed the more the IMG went down in the reputation bar.
I don't know of any Xeno-IMG alliances so I'd say that this is a bug.

It changes really slow. But it does for some reason.
The only differences between the reps of the characters is that one double-bribed the Freelancers and shot the Xenos while the other one is completely new.

There is no direct empathy I think, however, shooting Xenos raises your reputation with LibRogues and Outcasts - which does influence IMG reputation.

I was flying with my ship, my energy got stuck at absolute ZERO after a cruise.
Got disrupted, could fire no weapons except my missiles, if I attempted to cruise, my engines would engage and behave as cruising, but cruise speed kept as "-1".
Shields didn't regenerate at all.
The result was an almost catrastrophical death. I had to move like 80k using the thruster, while dodging nomads. Problem disappeared after dock.
