Give Core a Heavy Battleship

I want a GMG battleship. When?

This is not the topic, but the GMG is to small far an own one; they do not even have a real shipyard. Give them a Cruiser first before we talk about a battleship.

Anyways; the Imperium Omicrons have less than 7.000 people living on their stations/planet. There are even more mollies, hessians, IMG, GMG and dragons, but they do not have as many ship atm like the Core. Another Battleship is unrealistic in rp. Theoreticly the core should not have even one battleships at this number of population and econmy.

I think the majority of fleets should only have one battleship class more than anything, flagships excepted. If Order has a heavy battleship as a flagship, that's fine by me and it stands to reason that the Core could have a heavy battleship as a flagship. Just giving unlimited use of a second class of battleship to any faction because reasons doesn't usually make sense.

The Outcasts have two presently but one of them sucks (Sarissa, which is twice the dimensions of other battleships in its subclass) and the other sucks slightly less (Ranseur, which has terrible turret placement). Liberty has two because they're Liberty and, well, they're Manifest Destiny In Space. There's not much we can do about these. CR has two for some reason, though they didn't until recently and I believe that is part of the reason we have a fairly bad precedent for just throwing heavy battleships at factions that already have serviceable medium or light battleships. Zoners... yeah let's not even get into that one.

I am also of the opinion that most carriers should be battlecruiser class instead of battleship class, and that the plethora of full sized battleships should logically start being phased out in favour of battlecruisers, to make the battlecruiser class as a whole more interesting. But that's a whole different ball of yarn.

The whole overarching battleship class in my opinion is a mess and needs some examination.
