Matilda,
We've allocated the delivered supplies and paid the required invoice. We've also updated our manifests to show completion of relevant margins.

Involved parties,
We've registered that all required materials have been delivered, and are continuing our modular construction based on our storage values. With the simple structures, mainly the storage modules, complete, we're pending additional time and effort to finish the construction of the primary modules due to their colossal size. Once each module is constructed, it will then be connected to a primary joiner, and harnessed in its place beside the shipyard. I want to thank everyone once again for their efforts, and wish you all the best as this shipyard finishes its final paces to become fully operational.
Best of luck,
Dr. James Erzie

Involved parties,
We've come to announce that the last dock segment has been moved into position, and we've finished coupling the closed hangar to Livadia. All our checklist items have been established, tested, and signed off, and we're ready to open our service to the public Zoner community, as well as contracting to 3rd parties as desired and agreed upon.
Our service capacity is depot level maintenance on a single Colony Ship-sized vessels or large Battleships and Carriers, two Aquilon-class Carriers or middle-sized Battleships, three strategic-sized battleships such as the Osiris or Mako, sixteen Cruiser class vessels, and twenty-four gunboat class vessels. Most of our limitations are based on size, rather than material, and service times may vary based on level of maintenance.
We can also do construction projects of colossal size - to include the aforementioned load limitations, as well as vessels slightly larger than the hangar section. The Hangar can be pressurized, though a ludicrous process for its volume, it would allow for pressure testing and for employees to use minimal atmospheric control safety equipment for work inside the bay. The bay can also be filtered and purged of toxins, which will be preferable for corrosion prevention during construction, meanwhile facilitating relatively risk-free EVA inspection of hulls, hand-tooling, and hot work without volatility risks.
We appreciate everyone's contributions, and hope to see everyone soon.
Best of luck,
Dr. James Erzie
