My name is Nicgolas Rush, i am a gunboat class ship pilot of the IMG's defense wings and i will be grateful if you allow me to use 5 Zonner Gunboat Turrets on my Hydra,these turrets will serve in defense purpose,to defend the IMG's convoys and miners from outside attackers.These turrets will serve also to defense of the Zoner ships in our territory,i hope you allow me to use the Zoner technology in defense purposes.

At this moment we would like to know where you intend to use it. You mentioned your territory, could you be more precise and name the systems related to it?
Yes sir, that would be the Omega's and the Tau systems, where IMG have jurisdiction and where our miners are working.As you know, the pirates are much powerful and there are a lot of them,your technology can help us to defend ourselves.Your help wont be forgotten,and Zoner traders are always welcome if you need any mineral resources.
Thank you for this quick reply. Actually, we don't feel very comfortable to grant you the access to our technology because you intend to use it clearly outside or our zone of influence. Especially, Taus systems are very far away from the omicrons and we think TAZ should be consulted about that matter because what happens in Tau concern them a lot more than us. I hope you understand we would not like to be impolite with TAZ and get into their business. However, you seem to use zoners technology in a proper way so I am quite sure TAZ will endorse your demand.

Now about your request.
We require the individual willing to be granted zoner technology from TAZ to agree with some terms : - The technology granted shall never be used against zoners and their allies.
- Said technology can be only used in self defense.
If we receive proofs you violated one of those terms, the technology granted will be reclaimed from IMG.
Please allow me to clarify something. If you intend to defend IMG convoys, you will fire only once those vessels are attacked. You won't be allowed to attack 'donation beggars' as a preemptive measure to protect said convoys.
If you agree with those terms, please let us know.
Once that formal agreement is received, you will be allowed to use those turrets.
