Our new code of operations status has now been sent over communications channels to recruiting stations across Sirius. Additionally, it is to be transmitted here. Due to numerous changes in our operations, please review our current status as being transmitted now. If there are any questions they can be referred to me for review.
Please review entry 40 on this primary transmission here:
"This is Jinx, aboard my liner... . i was en route to the Cambridge Institute of Research, in my cargohold i had 50 nomad samples, 25 minor nomad brains and 6 superior nomad brains. In California, i encountered liberty law enforcement ships and was forced to deploy the nomad samples at willard station instead of the CRI.
i did insist on proceeding to the cambridge institute of research, but the consequences would have been breaking the law of liberty.
it appears that the license given by the sirius federation is worthless in liberty. - so i wanted to inform the authorities at CRI that i wasn t able to deliver the valuable cargo to the institude. it is now at willard, which i consider incompetent, cause i never seen them activly research the nomads.
maybe the SF can work out an agreement with liberty to extend the license or i will have to avoid liberty as a whole. i can only hope that the liberty scientists put the same efford into fighting the nomads or understanding them as the bretonians.

Sir, I can completely sympathize with you for your loss of cargo. The SF does not, however, have complete control over the Nomad ban and licensing. It is more officially governed by Cambridge Research Institute. However, it seems that CRI has licensed you, so you may have several options:
You may see if the Liberty government will reimburse you for the loss of sensitive Nomad cargo.
You may request that we, SF, talk to the Liberty government and law enforcement regarding this issue.
However, it would be appreciated if we could know the law enforcement ship call signs that stopped you so that we can obtain better information on this subject.
Further information is being obtained through Cambridge Research Institute now, and we are awaiting a response from them to determine other action that you may take.

This is excellent news for the safety of Bretonia, admiral. I trust that you will lead the Bretonian Knights well.

Nomads were sighted in Omega-5 by Corsairs, who requested our assistance, we obliged in the fear of the Corsairs be overrun and controlled by Nomads. I, Kiggles and LNS-Skyshark all jumped into O-5 and waited for quite some time. It seemed as though the Corsairs would rather destroy the lone Sabre amongst their forces than hunt down the Nomads. Kiggles was instantly destroyed by what we can presume is some type of Nomad super-weapon.((Killed by Admin)) Since there were no enemies in sight, aside from several TBH gunboats taking shots at a Sabre, I retreated back to Planet Cambridge.
Later the friendly Blood Dragon escorts showed up, And we moved into Omega-5. Eager to engage the nomads, however prematurely attacked by the TBH, we engaged the corsairs instead. With a strong force of three heavy fighters and two bombers, not much stood in our way. My onboard camera was not functioning, however I remember we destroyed two corsair gunboats, A further two ran. We then eliminated the two bombers who were there also. One of the bomber kills is owed to my supernova antimatter cannon, which finally made its mark.
With the force destroyed and minimal looses to our fleet, we headed off in search of the Nomads in the sector.
The nomad force was atleast three gunboats and two fighters. The nomad gunboats ran one by one, and then the fighters followed. We moved back to Cambridge for some much needed rest and repairs.

Two Rouges were intercepted in Tau-31 today, they appeared to be working together, terrorizing local traders in the area, however the arrived in staggered formation. Stark and Barclay were present and together we destroyed both Rouges after they foolishly jumped into Bretonia space, with a full two minute gap between their arrivals. My on board camera was malfunctioning, for photographic evidence refer to the images posted in the QCO message dump, Here.

"the issue with the nomads isn t a serious one. in terms of reimbursement or cash. it is not that the LSF has forced me to jettison the cargo or anything - but they forced me to sell it on research station willard, when i clearly pointed out that i d rather wish to deliver it to the CRI, because i consider them a lot more competent.
the liberty forces from which only one name is still in my memory .. i think it was an officer with an IFF =LSF= BlackBird ( but i may be wrong, i don t pay much attention to names ) made clear that willard would pay at least as much as CRI, - but i tried to tell them that i wasn t after money at all; i mean, which zoner living in delta will travel through liberty to cambridge for just like 1 or 2 million credits (?) but instead i was after the best research facility there is when it comes to nomads.
as a peaceful person, i did of course consent to the escort and got rid of the samples at willard. i just hope now, that there is a share of knowledge between willard and CRI or between liberty and bretonia in general.
i was informed that liberty had their own ban of nomads there, but was not offered to purchase a license.
to put it simple now. next time i have a delivery of a good amount of nomad samples, i will take the omega route to cambridge instead of flying through liberty space. it appears that liberty is not so liberal at all anymore and they are much closer to rheinland when it comes to laws that cripple the rights of the people.
Jinx out"
End of the transmission ( adressee will pay the transmission fee:laugh:)
edit: //ooc if it wasn t =LSF=BlackBird - my apology .. i really have a crappy memory for names, and i really don t pay attention to it.. that name just came up my mind... but maybe the officer that was there wants to speak up to clear things up
Sadly, and happily, my pass has come to an end. At present time I'm retro-fitting my Templar and aligning IFF to local militia frequencies. ETA for completion, 2 days. For the Queen Mum!

We apologize once again for the loss of cargo, and have researched the problem more thoroughly than initial information given by Admiral Hyperwave. After discussions with high ranking members and professors of Cambridge Research Institute, we have come to a decision.
First off, we plan to contact Liberty forces as neither of them are licensed within the regulations of the Nomad Transportation Ban, and as such, they are not authorized to ask you to hand them over, or consider them contraband. This is a worrying development as those that may be handling the Nomads now are very likely not trained nor equipped to handle and study them properly. A disaster due to this may result, and it is quite troubling.
We will also be contacting Liberty as per their ban on Nomads. While it is acceptable for them to have this ban, CRI and the SF would appreciate them registering and receiving proper facilities and training for the handling and studying of Nomads.
We appreciate this information and will do our best to rectify this as soon as possible.

Teknikal-[GS] was discovered as a Lane Hacker operating in Leeds. Upon arrival in Leeds, SFF-Thames and QCO pilot Martin Barclay. The Hacker reported that he was returning to Magellen. After being asked to be escorted back to Magellen, he arrived at Leeds, and promptly engaged Thames while I was preoccupied with other duties with control. Due to the ship power and loadout, the Thames was crippled almost immediately, and I had just enough time to eject, and was later picked up by a passing Bretonian Police Authority ship.
Teknikal-[GS] is to be considered extremely dangerous, and is now on the criminals list.
