As for the price... how does 200million sound for the schematics and programs for the device in addition to the activation codes for the probes within the planets of the Privas cluster, that should allow you to scan the DGMs for additional information if it is required.
If you accept then you can expect the above in about two hours if all goes to plan and the planned changes to the device work.
